Skarta Energyn toimitusjohtaja Kari Tuominen jättää yhtiön. Kari on johtanut yhtiötä sen perustamisesta alkaen. Hallitus on käynnistänyt uuden toimitusjohtajan haun. Jan Montell, Skarta Energyn hallituksen puheenjohtaja, ottaa toistaiseksi johtaakseen yrityksen, kunnes uusi toimitusjohtaja on nimitetty.
”Kari on tehnyt hyvää työtä Skarta Energyn toiminnan käynnistämisessä. Nyt siirrymme uuteen vaiheeseen ja tässä yhteydessä olemme sopineet Karin kanssa, että hän jättää yhtiön. Haluan kiittää Karia hänen antamastaan panoksesta ja toivottaa hänelle kaikkea hyvää jatkossa”, sanoo Jan Montell.
Skarta Energyn varatoimitusjohtaja Vikke Saarelainen jatkaa tehtävässään ja toimii Janin tukena yhtiön operatiivisessa johtamisessa.
Change of CEO in Skarta Energy
CEO of Skarta Energy, Kari Tuominen, will leave the company. Kari has led the company since the beginning. The Board has initiated the search of a new CEO. Jan Montell, the Chairperson of the Board, will take the lead until the new CEO starts.
"Kari has done as excellent job in starting up Skarta Energy. Now we will move to the next phase and we have agreed with Kari that it is time for him to move on. I would like to thank Kari for his contribution to the company and wish him all the best", says Jan Montell.
The Executive Vice President of Skarta Energy, Vikke Saarelainen, will continue in his role and will support Jan in the operative management of the company.
