A solar power plant of about 20 MWp is planned to be located in a field area in Mäntsälä. The size of the project area is approximately 35 hectares.

The project’s application for a planning requirement decision was approved in February 2026. The plan is to apply for a building permit during the spring of 2026. The construction of the power plant could then begin in late 2026, in which case it would be completed during 2027.
