Governance

Responsible business and operating culture are important to us. We are committed to acting in accordance with our Code of Conduct and policies. We continuously develop our sustainability work as well as its monitoring, management and reporting. We strive to meet the sustainability requirements of our owners and other stakeholders thoroughly.

We act ethically and communicate about our operations clearly and openly. We do not accept corruption, bribery or other unethical activities in any form. We do our part to reduce the shadow economy and do not accept restrictions on competition. We expect the same principles from all our business partners. We choose our suppliers and partners carefully and use sustainability criteria as part of our supplier selection process.

Reporting and sustainability measurement

We report on the sustainability status of our operations annually as part of our owner CapMan’s sustainability report. We also participate annually in GRESB reporting. In addition, we communicate responsibility through our own channels. We report monthly on sustainability issues to the company’s top management and Board of Directors. The employee incentive system includes indicators related to sustainability.
