Vikke Saarelainen, Executive Vice President, has announced that he will pursue new career opportunities and will leave Skarta Energy. Vikke has been involved in building Skarta Energy since the beginning of the company and has played a significant role in starting, developing and building the company. Vikke’s last day at Skarta will be in February 2025, but he will take his accumulated vacation days off already as of November 5th, 2024.
"My work at Skarta is done. I feel that I have had the opportunity to make a significant contribution to launching the company's business, building the company's story and establishing partner and stakeholder relationships. Now the company has entered the implementation phase, where securing financing and projects are at the core of operations. At Skarta, we have a competent and motivated team for these activities. I am grateful for these years at Skarta and would like to express my gratitude to our personnel, partners and all stakeholders for our journey together," says Vikke Saarelainen.
